So far this year has mostly been about live poker, writing, coaching and content, meaning I've grinded a lot less online than normal. I did many to bag up ten Irish Open seats in online satellites at the time of writing. As ever I'm looking forward to the Irish Open a lot.

Target Stack Satellites

Target Stack/Milestone/Landmark Satellites are the new format taking over live poker. The WSOP recently announced all their live satellites this year will be this format.

Unlike traditional satellites, seats are awarded when you reach a certain stack threshold. This is a dramatic difference to normal satellites where, in theory, you could win your seat with less than a starting stack.
